Starbucks® Roller Rink

This event is promoted by Starbucks Coffee Company (UK) Limited and is subject to the terms & conditions set out below. By securing a ticket, each ticketholder agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions.

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that Starbucks Coffee Company (UK) Limited ("Starbucks"), the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers ("Event Hosts") will have no liability for any claims arising from such causes (except where caused by negligence of the Event Hosts).
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. In particular, please check the suggested arrival time on your ticket to ensure you arrive during your designated time slot. If you arrive outside of your designated time slot, you may be denied entry.
4. A £5 deposit will be charged to the card used at time of booking. On arrival and check-in at the roller rink during your designated time slot, the deposit will be automatically refunded to the card used at the time of booking. It may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account.
5. If you can no longer make your booking, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your designated time slot. A failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in you still being charged.
6. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account.
7. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
8. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable point in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
9. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase. If you would like to pre-book a different slot, we will refund your original ticket after purchase and you may pre-book a new slot.
10. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control. In these circumstances, if you no longer wish to attend the event, we will issue a refund.
11. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
12. The venue will operate a No Smoking Policy and a No Vaping Policy.
13. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property. Ticket holders using the roller rink will have access to lockers free of charge. Any items left around the activation site may be removed by the promoter and/or venue management at its discretion for security purposes.
14. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 16 years of age. Identification may be required.
15. There is a maximum of 4 tickets allowed per booking. Where multiple tickets are purchased under one booking, we require the name and email address of all attendees under that booking in order to proceed with the purchase.
16. The digital waiver must be signed at time of booking On arrival at the roller rink, each ticket holder will need to sign the digital waiver. Entry to the roller rink will not be permitted without a signed waiver.
17. Upon arrival, ticketholders must show their e-ticket booking and will be subject to security checks.
18. Tickets remain subject to availability. There are 21 tickets available per time slot which are made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
19. Starbucks may film during the event for social media use. By attending the event, the ticketholder is consenting to being filmed or photographed and their image being used in footage or photographs relating to the event.
20. Starbucks reserves the right to change the date and/ venue, or to cancel the event at its discretion. In these circumstances, ticketholders will be entitled to a full refund.
21. Starbucks reserves the right to refuse entry to any ticketholder at its discretion, including but not limited to ticketholders who may be:
1. behaving in an anti-social or threatening manner;
2. carrying prohibited items;
3. under the influence of drugs or alcohol (or appear to be);
4. under the minimum age of entry or fail to produce a valid ID to prove their age (valid forms of ID include a driving license or passport).
5. using an invalid or counterfeit ticket.
If a ticketholder is refused entry for any of the reasons set out above, they will not be entitled to any refund.
22. Ticketholders are responsible for any costs that may be incurred by ticketholders in connection with the event. No costs will be reimbursed by Starbucks.
23. Please note it is an offence to make a recording of a film for sale or distribute or communicate a recording to the public in the course of business and to the prejudice of the copyright owner. Anyone making such recording may be asked to leave the event.
24. Guide and Hearing dogs are welcome but other animals are not permitted on the premises.
25. Participation in roller skating involves inherent risks. By using the rink, ticketholders acknowledge and accept these risks.
26. For health and safety reasons, eating and drinking whilst on the roller rink is prohibited.
27. Use of photographic and recording equipment, including mobile phones and all other media devices is not advised whilst roller skating.
28. Skaters must follow any instructions provided by event staff or safety marshals.
